UE Medical supports the 30th medical aid team to Guinea in holding a ceremony to donate medicines and medical equipment

On 10 January 2024, a ceremony to present medical supplies and equipment donated by China’s 30th medical team to Guinea was held at the China-Guinea Friendship Hospital. Counsellor Wang Hui attended and delivered a speech.
The 30th medical aid team to Guinea comprises 24 members, 22 of whom are from 16 clinical departments at Beijing Anzhen Hospital—including Anaesthesiology, Cardiology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Traditional Chinese Medicine and General Surgery—as well as functional departments such as Finance, General Administration and International Cooperation; the remaining two members are from the Municipal Health Commission and the Municipal Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
The medical team departed on 5 September 2023 and will carry out an 18-month overseas medical assistance mission in Guinea.
